We had purchased a leather loveseat and couch and a few months after purchasing it the cushions started to collapse.  Upon calling thisto your attention and having a service person out to do something, it continued to collapse. After that you had us come in and select another piece of furniture and had it delivered to us and picked up the couch and loveseat we had. I just bought a bedroom suit and living room suit from Kane's Furniture.  JT was my salesperson and he is the best in Melbourne.  He lets you look around without bugging you or putting any pressure on you.  He has a very professional approach on closing.  Kane's also has a nice selection of furniture. We shopped at other furniture stores and they didn't come close to the quality of Kane's or selection.

My husband and I have needed to replace our living room furniture for a while now, but with limited finances we were hoping that with the end of year sales that we could find something within our budget.  Our first stop ended up being Kane's Furniture.  Richard was our salesperson and he worked with us until we found a set that fit within our budget.  He also recommended someone that could deliver it to us since we purhcased a set from their clearance center.  By 6:00 PM the next night we had our new living room - no muss, no fuss with everyone at Kane's being extremely pleasant and helpful.  We will definitely be going back to Kane's when we need new furniture.
