We sincerely sympathize with all of those who have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19). We recognize that this is a challenging time and we remain committed to the safety and health of our customers, associates, and communities. You have been our top priority for over 70 years, and especially now.

Our Showrooms

We want to take a moment to assure you that we are dedicated to actively keeping our associates educated and updated on preventative measures and preparedness recommended through the CDC, the World Health Organization, and other federal and local agencies.

While we maintain high standards in our stores, we have increased the strength and frequency of cleaning and sanitation in all of our retail locations. We are committed to taking all measures necessary to do our part in helping to contain this virus.

We have temporarily modified our store hours.  All of our retail locations will be open for business from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.  Should there be any changes to this temporary schedule, we will make sure our valued customers are made aware.

Our Distribution Center

Our distribution center is following the same guidelines referenced above to ensure that the proper steps are taken to ensure the health and safety of all.  At this time our distribution center’s operational hours have not been reduced.

Our Delivery Teams

Our delivery teams are committed to providing you with top notch service and ensuring the safety of both their co-workers and our customers.  Our teams frequently wipe down commonly touched areas in their trucks and their equipment.  All of the Kane’s associates are asked stay home should they not feel well.

Expanded Delivery Options

For those customers who may be compromised or prefer a no-contact delivery, Kane’s is offering that option.  We will delivery your furniture to your door, garage, or patio.  Our sales associates and/or delivery team will offer you that option when you complete your sale.

City or State Shutdowns

If you are expecting a delivery and your delivery is during a time when your city or the State has made the decision to temporarily close retail operations, your delivery will be rescheduled upon normal business resuming.

Our website is always open!  Should you place an order for delivery on our website, and the above scenario is in effect, we will set your delivery for the first available time once the closure has been lifted.
